Kennel Upgrade Project | Sequoia Humane Society

The 2020 Kennel Upgrade Project aims to replace 21 dog kennels in the shelter, including seven in the back area, and 14 in the main visitor area. The goal for this project is no small undertaking, totaling $250,000 to acquire both materials and complete construction of the kennels. The shelter has been fortunate enough to receive a $20,633 grant to acquire materials for the back seven kennels in the 'hold' area of the shelter (19.7% of the funding needed for the total project), leaving a remaining 14 kennels to acquire funding for.
To address the expense of this project, Sequoia Humane Society is asking for the help of our community. The shelter is seeking kennel sponsorships, with differing tiers of support, to help address the high cost of the project.
