Sequoia Humane Soceity Seeks Donations for Veterans & their Pets

Veterans & their Pets North Coast Stand Down is reaching out to local veterans and their families who are homeless, needy or at risk by holding a 3-day event where they are provided with all the assistance they need to improve their lives and become productive members of the community. The Sequoia Humane Society is helping by collecting donations of pet supplies for veterans’ animal companions. As a pet owner you understand that pets become an integral part of people’s lives and families. Help us help homeless veterans keep their pets safe and healthy by bringing your donations of pet food & supplies to the SHS Pet Adoption Center.

Items Needed: dog collars, leashes, dog food, crates, dog runs, food & water bowls, blankets, dog treats, dog harnesses. (New & used items welcome!)

(Please bring your donations no later than October 12th.)

Pet Adoption Center location: 6073 Loma Ave., King Salmon exit - Hours: Tues-Sat 12-5pm
