The Sequoia Humane Society joins paws with almost 2,000 shelters nationwide to help homeless pets find a forever home this holiday season. Originally launched in 1999 by the Helen Woodward Animal Center in partnership with Iams pet food products, the Home for the Holidays adoption campaign set a world record last year, with 328,777 pet adoptions!

"The holidays are a time of love and family. Nobody wants to think about an orphan waking up behind bars.” says Mike Arms, H4TH creator and Helen Woodward President.

Who wouldn't want to spend the holidays snuggled up in front of a warm fire with a fluffy feline friend? Or romping on the beach with their new canine buddy?
